Rejuvenate + Restore yoga

75 min Rejuvenate + Restore Yoga  - class will bring deep relaxation for the body and calmness for the mind during the spring season to awaken overall well-being. Everyone is welcome - all levels, including beginners.

In this practice, the yoga poses are held for longer periods of time using props such as bolsters, blankets, blocks, straps & towels to give you complete relaxed support so you can fully experience each one comfortably. While in each posture you will be guided through pranayama (breathing exercises) and guided meditation with heated herbal compresses placed on the body to encourage physical restoration. The slower pace of this class will bring awareness to your well-being - physically, mentally and emotionally as we lean into the hopeful beginnings and new energy springtime always promises. This practice is great to balance an active lifestyle, relieve stress or to simply give yourself a break to decompress and heal. 

Please wear comfortable stretchy layered clothes and bring a Yoga mat, water, towel & any props needed for comfort (available @TW). Hydration Advised!
