75 min Full-Body Fitness 101 - This class is all about learning the basics of how to build muscle and improve cardiovascular endurance in a safe way with an effective and adaptable program. Everyone is welcome - all levels, including beginners.

A combination of cardio and resistance training, you'll learn ways to improve your overall fitness; build progressive, adaptable workouts; and customize your weekly routine to work for YOU! 

You'll learn to safely and effectively utilize hand weights, TRX suspension trainers, resistance bands, and even your own body weight to help fight the loss of muscle mass and mobility as well as improve psychological well-being. You'll also learn which types of cardio training are best suited to your body, lifestyle, and long-term goals. Healthy Body + Mind! You will gain informative knowledge on form, technique, focus breathing, alignment and precision of your movement. This helps all aspects of fitness including flexibility, cardio, bone density, lower body fat %, defining muscles, improving sleep and much more. Feel free to bring a workout journal!

Please wear comfortable workout clothes and shoes and bring a workout mat, sweat towel and water (available @TW). Hydration Advised!
